The ideal candidate for this full-time position will be someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated. Your primary responsibilities will be facilitating the patient flow and obtaining pertinent information.


Essential Functions:

  • Communicating with patients and referring entities to gather necessary information for registration and insurance eligibility
  • Managing the check-in/check out process, which includes obtaining or confirming demographic information, insurance verification, collecting patient responsibility, processing appropriate forms.
  • Schedule appointments
  • Handle incoming calls and appropriately routing messages
  • Manage front desk administrative tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Working with team members to ensure a positive patient experience


Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in a medical office setting
  • Knowledge of health insurance and billing guidelines
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
